Delivery is a flat rate £2.95, or you are able to collect your order free of charge from our showroom in Ilkeston. Collection from school is only an option if this is an approved service that the school offer and will be shown when checking out. This is on the last Friday of each month and the date is shown at checkout.
All orders are dispatched within approximately 2 weeks of placing your order. If we are awaiting stock we will advise the expected dispatch date.
Returns Policy
We can only accept returns if we are notified within 14 days of delivery, so please check your order on arrival and email hello@loopwear.co.uk should you have any queries.
If you no longer require the item ordered or wish to exchange for an alternative size, please return the garments in its original packaging with tags along with the order receipt.
All items must be brand new, unworn and have the label attached - unfortunately Items that cannot be resold we will not be able to offer a refund. Refunds will not be processed until the items are delivered back to us.
All items should be sent back using a courier of your choice to:
