Summer at Loop!

Over the past couple of weeks, we have seen how the social distancing guidelines have had an impact on when we are in the shop with customers. As the government’s advice continues to change, we have been able to get a better idea of how the summer is going to look for us.

We are comfortable in reducing some of the restrictions we were initially preparing for:

-We are no longer taking people's temperatures at the door - all we ask is that you use the hand sanitiser provided or your own as you enter the premises

-Only one family in the showroom at any one time

-We are only accepting card payments

Appointments

We're confident that we are able to keep the same high quality of service you would normally expect from us through the busy summer holidays. With lockdown rules and guidelines changing frequently, we have made the decision not to run an appointment system. We feel that we are able to operate as usual, with people popping in whenever is best for them. Our MD has pointed out that whilst shopping over the weekend, there are no appointments or temperature checks in other stores, and so we feel that we can continue to operate without the need for these.

Hours
This Saturday (4th) we will be reopening 9.30-1.00

On Saturday 25th July, we will be open 9.00-4.00, and this will continue for the summer holiday period.

We will still remain open 9.00-4.30 weekdays.

John Flamsteed & Ecclesbourne Blazer Sizing Day – TO BE CONFIRMED

On the 25th, we are hoping to have an outdoor blazer sizing day, to help people try-on and purchase their blazers. With the absence of the new starter meetings this year, where children get the chance to try on blazers, we thought that in addition to our usual opening times when you can pop in and try-on uniform, this blazer sizing day would be very helpful as we know that getting the right size blazer can be a real concern for parents. We are fortunate enough to have outside space to allow this event to be open-air (weather dependent!), making the process of finding the right size blazer quick, easy and stress-free.
